I spent all of today painting. I started with some more airbrushing, masking around the skirt and stockings, I sprayed a light lavender over the skirt and light pink over the stockings. I went back over each, adding some grey to the color for the shading.
Next, I painted the eyes and mouth, followed by the hair, all with gouache and watercolor. I painted the sash/belt a bright pink with watercolor, then blocked in the shoes with black. I finished the day painting black stripes across the skirt, and swirls up and down the stockings…
